Acadia Divinity College
Located just an hour from Halifax, Atlantic Canada’s largest urban centre, Wolfville is the kind of college town that you’ve always pictured in your mind. Streets are lined with bistros, coffee shops, lively pubs, farmer’s markets, and quirky boutiques. Surrounded by ocean and orchids, Wolfville is as friendly as it is breathtakingly beautiful. Students from across Canada and around the world, are warmly embraced as fellow Maritimers when they become part of the Acadia University family.
Acadia Divinity College (ADC) is on the campus of one of Canada’s most creative and innovative universities, Acadia University. Offering full-time and part-time degree programs at the bachelors, masters, and doctoral level, as well as continuing education programs, ADC students are challenged by their professors to ask questions, to explore the depths of their faith, and to cultivate their calling, whether academia or vocational ministry, through rigorous intellectual instruction, meaningful spiritual formation, and practical ministry experience.
We believe that all followers of Jesus are called to full-time ministry, both inside and outside the church. Acadia Divinity College equips women and men for Christian service in the real world, not by preparing them for every eventuality they may face, but by giving them the knowledge, tools and resources they need to confidently respond and adapt to whatever sphere of influence to which God calls them.
